Tim named in SPNG Lawsuit
Tim - What are your thoughts / do you even care about the lawsuit filed against you and others by SPNG?
I doubt I can comment until my lawyer looks at everything but a.) I still have yet to be served and b.) I deny everything SPNG says and I look forward to proving it in court, in public, on Twitter, on Facebook EVERYWHERE...not very smart to mess with the most transparent guy in penny stock land
The company wants $18,000,000 in compensation because they couldn't finance their company, which - from what I gathered - would have been by giving insiders a ton of shares at 40% discounts and paying for stock promotions to raise the stock's price, so that they could cash out with $18,000,000 worth.
This is the first summons I've ever read, and its HILARIOUS! I learned how to get the SEC's attention from this thing, its too funny. "how much more evidence to you need on Spongetech or are you going to wait for them to turn themselves in like Madoff!?" stock halted. ROFL.
They also imply naked short selling was going on because more shares were traded than existed and that the shares were "failed to delivered", can someone even bring up a chart from before they were halted?

Me and my cohorts? a.) I only shorted the stock for one day due to technical reasons, I made $630 b.) never talked with the NY post, actually kinda mad about that at first c.) the company is getting wells notices from the SEC, I'm not the only one who smelled something fishy

You'll get a long term alright. Once Spongetech validates the 50 million for 2009 and growth, (albeit less due to you and your cohorts) into the current fiscal year.
